By purchasing services or registering for training on our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
- General
These terms and conditions govern your purchase of any services or training from Devosta Solution Limited.
By agreeing to these terms, you confirm that you are authorized to enter into this agreement on behalf of yourself or your organization.
These terms apply in addition to any specific agreements or contracts related to the services or training you have purchased.
- IT Services
Scope of Services: The scope of IT services to be provided has been defined in the service description at the time of purchase or in a separate agreement between you and Devosta Solution Limited.
Service Fees: The fees for services are outlined in the service proposal. Payment must be made before service commencement unless otherwise agreed.
Service Delivery: Services are delivered in line with the agreed timelines. However, unforeseen circumstances may impact delivery, and you will be informed of any significant delays.
Customer Responsibilities: You are responsible for providing the necessary access, information, and resources for us to deliver the services requested. Delays caused by your failure to do so may result in additional charges.
- Training
Registration and Payment: Registration for training is only confirmed upon receipt of full payment. All training fees must be paid in full before the start of the session.
Training Inclusions: The training fee includes all course materials and, if applicable, any assessments or certificates upon completion.
Training Cancellation and Refund Policy:
Payments made for training by customers are non-refundable.
If Devosta Solution Limited cancels or reschedules the training, you will have the option of transferring your registration to a future session.
Training Substitutions: If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another individual by notifying us at least 14 days in advance.
- Service and Training Delivery
Remote and Onsite Services: Our services may be delivered remotely or onsite, as per the service agreement. Travel and accommodation expenses for onsite services will be invoiced separately unless otherwise included in the service agreement.
Training Format: Training will be delivered online or in person, depending on the course description. It is your responsibility to ensure you meet the technical requirements for online training.
- Refunds and Cancellations
Services: Refunds for services will only be provided if we are unable to deliver the agreed services within the specified time frame and if a resolution cannot be agreed upon. All refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@devosta.com.
Training: Refunds for training sessions are subject to the conditions outlined in Section 3.
- Termination of Services
Either party may terminate the service agreement by providing written notice. In such cases, services already rendered up to the termination date will be invoiced, and any prepaid amounts may be refunded based on the portion of services not yet delivered.
We reserve the right to terminate services immediately if you breach these terms, fail to make payment or engage in illegal activities or unethical practices.
- Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the training materials, software, or tools used during service delivery remain the property of Devosta Solution Limited or our licensors. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use any materials provided to you for your personal or business use only.
You may not distribute, reproduce, or share any training materials or service deliverables without our express written permission.
- Limitation of Liability
Devosta Solution Limited will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits, business interruptions, or data loss, arising from the provision of our services or training.
Our total liability for any claim arising from services or training is limited to the amount you paid for those services or training.
- Data Security and Privacy
We respect your privacy and will handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Any data shared with us during the provision of our services will be treated confidentially and securely. We will not share or misuse any sensitive information.
- Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary information shared during service delivery or training.
You agree not to disclose or use our proprietary methods, materials, or trade secrets for purposes other than receiving the agreed-upon services or training.
- Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed under the laws of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from this agreement will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lagos state.
- Amendments
We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.
